The Portable Hotdog™ detects and reacts to deadly temperature changes within any vehicle
Portable Hotdog™ is completely portable, no permanent installation required. Do you move from car to car, move from city to city, use rental cars, need a back up system for a large K 9 unit? The Portable Hotdog™ easily plugs into the power outlet (Cigarette Lighter) of the vehicle. Secure the siren and antenna to any metal surface using their convenient magnetic base. Simply turn on the system and the pager receiver (beeper) and your K 9 will be protected by the most advanced proven system available! You will be notified if the termperature limit is exceeded.

Grab it and go! Your K 9 will be Protected by The Original Hotdog™ Exclusive Criminalistics, Inc. System.
Moving to another vehicle? Unplug the power supply, grab the handle and go! The Portable Hotdog™ can also be permanently installed. Terminals are provided on the rear of the system to hard wire directly to the vehicle.
When the temperature exceeds your programmed setting, the Hotdog™:
- Lowers 2 electric windows.
- Activates vehicle horn or lights to alert you when the temperature exceeds your programmed setting.
- Repeatedly activates Pager alerting you, up to one mile away, temperature limit is exceeded.
Included:
- Programmable primary sensor triggers heat alert at your selected temperature.
- Back-up temperature sensor for increased protection. Independant of primary sensor, activates heat alert at 92 Fahrenheit - great safety feature!
- Vehicle battery voltage monitoring and alert.
- Complete Pager System with magnetic mount antenna.
- Magnetic mount siren.
